The screenings of ATTACK ON A BAKERY and A GIRL, SHE IS 100 PERCENT, originally scheduled on 22 November (Friday) and 29 November (Friday) at M+ Cinema, are now cancelled due to the unavailability of proper screening prints.
As a token of our apology, the screenings of TONY TAKITANI will now be free of charge for the related ticket holders. All concerned audiences can watch the programme as scheduled with the original ticket, and at the same time may request a full refund (service fees and other charges will not be refunded). The refund arrangement is as below:
- For ticket holders who used Credit Cards, UnionPay, Alipay or WeChat Pay for payment, refund will be handled by URBTIX and will automatically be deposited to the same bank accounts in around 60 to 80 working days. For enquiry, please contact URBTIX Ticketing Enquiries and Customer Service Hotline at 3166 1100, or email to urbtix@maoyan.com.hk.
- For ticket holders who used Cash, Octopus or FPS for payment, you may choose to fill out a refund application form online, or after the screening, return the completed application form together with ticket(s) by post to the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society Limited (Unit B, 3rd Floor, Block B, Wing Hong Factory Building, 777-783 Yu Chau West Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong) on or before 17 January 2025, with the subject “Refund Application” on envelope.
