Zephyr, a rebellious American surfer, is drifting along the Australian Gold Coast, when she is abducted by a peculiar serial killer: the eccentric local fisherman, who operates out of a boat that doubles as a tourist attraction for amateurs of shark cage diving. Australian horror auteur Sean Byrne returns 10 years after The Devil’s Candy with an energetic, noholds- barred serial killer movie indebted to films such as Jaws and the ‘sharksploitation’ craze that followed.
