The Decalogue: Five & Six(Dekalog, pięć & sześć)

Examining the preciousness of life and love through characters who must wade through the murky morality of the death penalty and sexual obsession, these two poignant dramas were expanded into the celebrated A Short Film About Killing and A Short Film About Love. In The Decalogue: Five, an idealistic public defender against the death penalty attempts to save the life of a young man who senselessly murdered a taxi driver. The Decalogue: Six turns a twist of fate, as a sexually promiscuous woman whom an introverted young post office clerk has been spying on forms an unusual bond with him.
