HKIFF Cine Fan Programme is a monthly-basis screenings programme, which provides subscribers with film programmes on different themes since April 2013. For the latest information of the programmes, please visit https://cinefan.hkiff.org.hk/.
You can subscribe to CineClub through online application on HKIFF website; or hand in the completed application form to HKIFFS office in-person. For more information, please visit https://cinefan.hkiff.org.hk/.
Yes, you can subscribe to CineClub at any time of the year and enjoy 365 days of benefits.
You can renew your CineClub subscribtion 14 days before the expiry date.
There are no age restrictions for classic privilege scheme subscription. Subscribers should be 18 years old or above for patron privilege scheme.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and UnionPay card are accepted for online application payment. Cash and HK bank cheque are accepted for in-person application.
You are required to fill out the registration form with your personal information, such as your name, postal address, contact number and e-mail address, and the agreement of whether you will subscribe to HKIFFS e-newsletters on our promotion or not. No information and records will be shared with any third parties except for the purposes of providing or promoting services or other products made available by HKIFFS and the partner organizations. CineClub subscribers can request HKIFFS to stop sending promotional e-mails or change their personal profile from time to time.
No additional fees will be charged for online registration.

An e-mail with a birthday e-voucher will be sent to you in advance of your birthday month.
Unfortunately, all vouchers are applicable to redeem ticket according to the programme, venues and fares which printed on the ticket vouchers. Ticket voucher must be redeemed on or before the valid date. Birthday voucher will be applicable to the Programme that comprehend subscriber's birthday month.
Starting from 1 December 2024, physical CineClub card is no longer issued. Existing physical CineClub cards are still valid, but there will be no replacement arrangement if it is lost or damaged. You can access the electronic card by visiting https://membership.hkiff.org.hk/en/login to log in to your CineClub account.
For enquiries on termination of CineClub subscription, please contact us at cineclub@hkiff.org.hk or 2970 3300. No refunds will be entertained for any cancellations before the expiry date.
HKIFFS is not responsible for any lost tickets. Tickets cannot be re-issued if posted wrongly, lost, stolen or damaged. You will need to purchase new tickets if the original tickets are lost.
CineClub subscribers must provide their CineClub IDs along with their valid CineClub cards or e-cards to enjoy any ticket discounts at URBTIX Outlets and cinema box offices. CineClub ID will be activated in SEVEN WORKING DAYS AFTER the registration, after which subscribers would be able to enjoy the CineClub discounts.
CineClub discounts are only applicable to HKIFFS organized or co-organised screenings and events with other parties. For further information, please refer to the latest announcement on our website.
A handling fee of HK$9(which is non-refundable) is charged per ticket. The service fee is subjected to adjustment by Tianjin Maoyan Weying Technology Co. Ltd.
No student discounts are available for the HKIFF Cine Fan Programme.
