Keeping the Sabbath day holy is not an easy commandment to observe when the night is lonely. Going into the family circle, The Decalogue: Four raises debates on the boundaries between respect and love in the father-daughter relationship, in a powerful drama about a young acting student reconsidering her eerily close bond with her father when she discovers a long-hidden letter from her late mother which may contain a shocking confession.
