Serving as an introductory primer on his singular body of work, Ghez’s documentary traces the contours of the visionary’s life and legacy, from his childhood nostalgia, his fascination with the darkness, to the surrealism of his cinematic arts, through commentary from collaborators such as Kyle MacLachlan and Laura Dern.
