Refunds will be made to ticket holders who are unable to attend the screening due to Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning in force. Ticket holders may fill out refund application form online or return the completed form (download here) with ticket(s) by post to the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society Limited (Unit B, 3rd Floor, Block B, Wing Hong Factory Building, 777-783 Yu Chau West Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong) on or before 13 September 2025. All service fees will not be refunded.
