If the warning signal is lowered 3 hours or more before the screening starts, all screenings will be shown as scheduled.
Refunds will be made to ticket holders who cannot attend the screening when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is in force. Application forms for refund can be downloaded here. Completed forms with ticket(s) should be returned by post to the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society Limited (21/F, Millennium City 3, 370 Kwun Tong Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong) on or before 15 September 2017. Refund cheques will be sent to ticket holders by post. (All services fees will not be refunded).
Implementation of the above special arrangements may be adjusted at the time, depending on the actual conditions or upon request by the screening venues management. The Society will announce the changes, if any, as soon as possible.
*For the audiences who purchased A Brighter Summer Day from the “Edward Yang, 10- Year Commemoration” Package, the refund amount will be HK$96.
