Ticket holders may fill out a refund application form online or return the completed form (download here) with ticket(s) by post to the Hong Kong International Film Festival Society Limited (Unit B, 3rd Floor, Block B, Wing Hong Factory Building, 777-783 Yu Chau West Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong) on or before 17 January 2025 (All services fees will not be refunded).
